Artist Training Grounds: Day 16 topic was "Draw a pony standing in the wind". I couldn't do anything else but to draw Dr. Whooves. I was thinking about a version with TARDIS but it ended up like this...

And I quite like it <3. Even though something is wrong with his right back leg, right...?
